1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:

The product is unused, unworn, and in original condition

Original box, tags, and invoice are included

Return request is made within 7 days of delivery
2. Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted if:

Shoes have been worn, washed, or damaged

Product was purchased on sale / clearance (unless defective)

Damage is caused by misuse or improper handling
3. Damaged or Wrong Product

A wrong size or wrong item
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Clear photos of the issue
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
4. Size Exchange

Size exchanges are allowed once, subject to stock availability

Customer will bear return shipping cost

We will cover re-shipping cost
5. Refund Process
