  • We currently deliver nationwide across Pakistan.

  • Remote areas may require additional delivery time.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 working days after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

3. Delivery Time

  • Estimated delivery time is 3–5 working days, depending on your location.

  • Delivery times may vary due to:

    • Courier delays

    • Weather conditions

    • Public holidays

    • Unforeseen circumstances

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if any) are clearly mentioned at checkout.

  • Free shipping offers (if available) are subject to promotional terms.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan.

  • Customers are requested to keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.

6. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared via SMS or WhatsApp.

  • Customers can track their shipment using the courier’s tracking system.

7. Delivery Attempt & Non-Delivery

  • Courier companies make 2 delivery attempts.

  • If delivery fails due to:

    • Incorrect address

    • Unreachable phone number

    • Customer unavailability

    • Refusal of COD order

    The order may be returned to us, and re-shipping charges may apply.

8. Damaged Package

  • If the package appears damaged at delivery, please do not accept it and contact us immediately.

  • Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos.

9. Delayed or Lost Shipments

  • Flick Fusion will assist in resolving delivery issues with the courier.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, but we will fully cooperate to resolve the issue.

10. Address Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct delivery address.

  • Flick Fusion is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect information.
